Stunning vintage 1980s jacket in black rayon. New Look style with nipped in waist, shoulder pads and hip pockets that are still sealed closed. One breast pocket as well. Fully lined. Small size I'd say but do see measurements below. Label reads: evan Picone. I can barely make out a Union Made label but cant make out the contents tag. It feels like a light wool blend perhaps?

Armpit to armpit across bust: 38"
Waist: 31"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 23.5"
